Isaiah 53.
Who is this man that he can grow up from dry grounds, who has no physical beauty and was despised his whole life. Esteem, men did not.
SO much rejection, not much recognition.
How can one live like this?
Yet, at the end of his life he endured the last bout of his suffering. It is like all his life's suffering rolled into one event. Why should he go through this?
And who is this whose death can bring peace and whose wounds bring healing. Why would he suffer for those even not interested in his death? Y bring their iniquities unto him as well? Moreover, what has he done to deserve this? The most pure, holy and innocent was sent to the slaughter and was stricken by opression and judgement.
God have mercy on this soul! How can this be Your will oh Lord.
Through his death, glory for eternity was bestowed. Surely, the story comes to a good ending. Thank you Lord for this man has saved all our souls.
Thank you JESUS for bearing my sins and sharing your inheritance with me. Thank you for continually interceding on my behalf, that the other lost souls can come to know what you have done for them.
Most of all, thank you for your great love! There is none like you!!!
